Moreover, at a distance of up to 50 km operator receives high-definition video in real time from the UAV, and at a distance of up to 100 km direct control is available. At longer distances UAV will switch to automatic flight mode as per flight mission.

UAV V-120 vertical take-off and landing does not need any prepared site or auxiliary launch equipment, as it is an unmanned aircraft of the helicopter type.

UAV V-120 does not require a specially prepared airfield for take-off or landing, unlike other types of unmanned aerial vehicles that need an airstrip or additional takeoff equipment and a suitable large landing area.
This feature makes an unmanned helicopter an ideal solution for taking off or landing from any surface, including a mobile platform, such as a car or boat. For UAV V-120 any platform of not more than 10m² is even enough.

Gas Leakage Detection
UAV V-120 equipped with laser methane detector can remotely inspect linear and stationary objects of oil and gas infrastructure for detection of natural gas leakage. The laser methane detector on board UAV V-120 enables remote detection of the gas concentration in real time, increasing flight safety and detection reliability. The received signal is processed using special software, and real-time gas concentration information with reference to coordinates is output to the operator’s workplace.

Laser Scanning
The Lidar-type mobile scanning system installed on board UAV V-120 allows autonomous aerial laser scanning for engineering surveys, creating three-dimensional models of infrastructure facilities, certifying roads and railways, cadastral work and creating GIS for various purposes.

Surveillance and Patrol
UAV V-120 equipped with a small-sized stabilized optical surveillance system provides situational and information awareness by collecting, identifying, categorizing and geo-linking static and moving objects of interest. The system provides real-time high-definition video for continuous monitoring of objects both day and night.

Cargo Delivery
The transport container of various configurations and capacity up to 50 kg, installed on UAV V-120, allows the delivery of goods over a distance of more than 250 km. At the same time, vertical take-off and landing on an unprepared site will ensure the safety of the transported cargo.
